Caramelized Cauliflower Dip

This creamy cauliflower dip deserves a shout out! Perfect dipping for your chips, crackers, bread sticks or vegetables. Cauliflower has a blunt taste but baking it in the oven and you’ll simply experience a different taste, a mouthwatering dip that you’ll surely enjoy.


2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 1/2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 cup cauliflower florets
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup cream cheese
1/4 cup grated sharp white cheese
3 tablespoons grated cheddar cheese
1/4 teaspoons thyme
Salt and pepper


* Preheat oven to 350°F. In a small bowl, combine olive oil garlic. Place cauliflower on baking sheet, drizzle with prepared olive oil. Toss to evenly coat. Season with salt and pepper. Bake for 20 minutes or until caramelized brown. Remove from the oven. Set aside.

* In an oven proof bowl, combine heavy cream, cream cheese, sharp white cheese, and thyme. Mix in the cauliflower. Bake in the oven for another 3 minutes.

Serve and enjoy!
