Ingredients
1/2 lb shiitake mushrooms (or any mushrooms), sliced
loaf or baguette, sliced slantly
1/2 cup softened butter
big white onion, minced
slices or grated mozzarella cheese (can also use other cheeses)
cloves of garlic (desired quantity), toasted
Preparation
Preparing the Mushroom mix
* Cook the mushrooms and white onion in butter until soft, about 3-4 minutes. Transfer in a container and set aside.
Preparing the Bread
* Place the bread on the frying pan where you cooked the mushrooms and onion to make it golden brown on both sides.
* Place mozzarella on top of the bread. Pour an amount of mushroom mix on top, and a bit of garlic bits.Top with more cheese.
* Preheat oven to 180C.
* Arrange the bread on a baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
