2 medium-sized green or red apples, thinly sliced
1 cup crumbled Camembert cheese
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
3-4 tablespoons brown sugar or maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
* Preheat oven to 190C.
* In a baking dish or casserole. Layer sliced apples, Camembert cheese, brown sugar or maple syrup and cinnamon powder. Repeat until topmost of the casserole. Top with chopped walnuts and sprinkle some brown sugar and cinnamon powder.
Bake in the oven for 5 to 10 minutes or until sugar has caramelized.
