300g chicken breast fillet, strips
300g broccoli florets
1 pc med carrot, sliced
100g green beans, sliced
1 tsp minced garlic
2 tbsps oyster sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
2 tsps cornstarch mixed with
5 tbsps water
1 cup chicken or vegetable stock
ground pepper
spring onions to garnish
Directions:
*Lightly brown garlic and then add the chicken.Sprinkle some pepper and stir until chicken is nearly cooked.
*Add in carrots and stir fry for about 3 min, then add in broccoli. pour in the sesame oil, oyster sauce and stock. Cook while stirring for about 2 min then add in the green beans. Stir fry for another minute. Serve and garnish with cut spring onions.
