1 lb ground chicken (skinless)
¼ cup of preferred cream cheese
2 eggs
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons bread crumbs
1 small red bell pepper, finely chopped
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/3 tablespoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon chopped fried garlic
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
½ teaspoon salt


* Preheat oven to 180C.

* Mix all ingredients well and then form meatballs of preferred size.

* Arrange meatballs on a lined baking sheet and bake for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

* Transfer onto a serving dish and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
