500 ml heavy cream
12 pcs chocolate sandwich cookies, fillings removed, crumbled
1 tbsp icing sugar
*Whip cream with an electric beater,sifting icing sugar into the cream gradually while beating. Beat cream until it reaches stiff peaks form.Add 3/4 of crumbled cookies and mix well. Taste and add more sugar if preferred.
*Pour in cookies and cream into short glasses or bowls and chill in the fridge for about 1-2 hours. Top with the extra crumbled cookies (and whole sandwich cookies if preferred).
