Who wouldn’t love peanut butter? But peanut butter balls dipped into a lux chocolate is an extremely awesome treat. A dessert that would turn your whole world upside down.

Ingredients

2 cups peanut butter
1 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 drops vanilla extract
1/4 cup crushed graham
1 cup confectioner’s sugar or icing sugar
1/4 cup chopped almonds, for garnish

Chocolate dip

1 cup melted dark chocolate
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon butter
3 tablespoons powdered cream

Procedure

* Line 2 trays with parchment paper and set aside.

* Place peanut butter, butter, and vanilla extract in a microwaveable bowl. Microwave for 40 seconds or a minute until melted. Mix and blend well. Add in crushed graham and confectioner’s sugar. Mix until it turns into dough. Add more sugar if necessary. Get a spoonful amount and round it into balls, about 2 inch thick each. Place onto the prepared tray.

* To make the chocolate dip: combine all ingredients in a microwaveable bowl and microwave until melted, stirring it in between melting time. Place toothpick in the peanut butter ball, roll and dip it into the chocolate mixture. Do the same with all the remaining balls and place on the other lined tray and top with almonds. Chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours or more.

Perfect to eat with a cup of coffee or tea. You can also add crushed almonds for a very nutty experience.
