Coated Roast Corn

4 ears corn, remove husk and silk
½ cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
About ½ cup of bread crumbs


* Lightly oil grate of grill and set to medium heat.

b Spread mayonnasie evenly on every corn, then sprinkle with parmesan cheese, chili powder, salt and pepper.

* Sprinkle desired amount of bread crumbs, then wrap with aluminum foil before placing it on the grill.

* Turn occasionally for about 12minutes or until kernels are golden color and cooked through.

* May be served with lime or lemon on the side for taste preference.
