2 cups cornflakes
80 grams butter, chopped
1/2 cup honey
1 cup maraschino cherries, chopped
Arrange 12 paper cases on a deep patty tin tray,set aside.Combine cornflakes and cherries in a mixing bowl
Using a non-stick saucepan, place butter and honey. Heat gently until just frothy. Remove from heat and pour honey butter mixture into the cornflakes and toss well.
Spoon mixture into paper cases carefully and refrigerate until set firm.
