Creamy Beef and Mushrooms

Here is a nice tasty treat. Richness of cream and Tender meat of beef for you to savor! Perfect for serving any time of the day.


500 grams Tenderloin beef, strips
1 can sliced mushrooms, can use fresh ones too
1 can cream of mushrooms soup
1 small can of evaporated milk (or 250ml fresh milk)
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 small onion, chopped
pepper to taste
enough water for thickness preference
celery leaves


*Saute garlic and onion, add in beef strips and stir fry on high fire for 2 minutes.

*Add in cream of mushroom, milk, mushrooms and enough water. Bring to a boil for 3 minutes. Season with pepper. Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with celery leaves.
