30 g white sugar or honey
5 g dry mustard
5 g celery seed
100 g sour cream
100 ml mayonnaise (optional)
100 ml all purpose cream
60 ml Cider vinegar
1 g prepared horseradish
5 g mild brown mustard
Salt as needed
Ground white pepper as needed
Tabasco sauce as needed
500 g green cabbage, cut into chiffonade (shredded)
100 g red cabbage, cut into chiffonade
100 g carrots, cut into julienne (sliced thinly)
50 g red and yellow peppers, cut into julienne
100 g red onions, cut into julienne
• Combine cabbages, carrots, peppers and onions. Set aside.
• Stir together the sugar, mustard, and celery seed to work out lumps. Add the remaining dressing ingredients and stir to combine.
• Fold the cabbages, carrots, peppers and onions into the dressing. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate.
Tip: You can use sour cream instead of mayonnaise and honey instead of sugar if desired
