Crispy Crablets

300 grams crablets
1/2 cup flour
1 egg, beaten
ground pepper
enough oil for deep-frying


* Clean the crablets and remove the top shells off. Season crablets with a little salt and pepper. Set aside.

* Combine flour, salt and pepper (depending on your taste). Dip each crablet in egg and roll on the flour to coat, making sure each has been coated well.

* Heat oil in a deep frying pan on medium-high heat. Put crablets in pan one by one to avoid them sticking together. Fry crablets until golden brown and crispy.

* Transfer to a serving platter and serve with your favorite dip.
