1 1/2 cups flour
2x 60 g eggs, separated,
1 1/2 cups cream
2 tsps baking powder
4 tbsps sugar
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 tbsps melted butter
In a large mixing bowl, sift flour, add salt and sugar.
In a separate bowl, beat egg yolks until light in color, add cream mix well.
Pour egg mixture into dry ingredients and, stir gently until well combined. Mix in melted butter.
Beat egg whites until it reaches stiff peaks form and gently fold into batter until well blended. Use 1/2 cup of batter for each waffle.
Cook according to your waffle maker’s manual instruction.
Top with vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup.
