Easy Buffalo Wings

6 pcs chicken wings, cut tips off and cut at the joints
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon cayenne powder
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon Spanish paprika
2 teaspoons salt
enough cooking oil for deep frying
2 stalks of celery, cut into sticks

For the sauce:

1 tablespoon hot sauce
100 g melted butter
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon cayenne

For the dip:

50g blue cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup all purpose cream
2 tablespoons mayonnaise


For the sauce:

*Combine all ingredients well. Set aside.

For the dip:

*Mix blue cheese, cream and mayonnaise well.

For the coated chicken:

*Season chicken with 1 teaspoon of salt. Set aside in the fridge. Combine the rest of the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Add chicken in and toss, making sure that chicken are all well covered.

*Heat cooking oil in a deep frying pan. Fry chicken wings in batches until they turn reddish golden brown. Drain on paper towels.

*In a big mixing bowl, combine chicken and sauce. Transfer into a serving platter. Serve with the blue cheese dip and celery sticks.
