1 egg
3 cups chicken broth
1 rib of celery, chopped
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with
3 tbsps water


*Melt butter in a saucepan. Add the chopped celery and cook until soft. Pour broth in and bring to a boil. Add the cornstarch mixture and stir well until soup thickens. Crack egg into the soup and cook for about a minute or until egg has completely cooked. Transfer to a serving bowl and enjoy!
