English Breakfast Milk Tea

Making this popular drink at home is so much easier than you think! Not too fond of the sweet stuff? Simply adjust the amount of honey.

Ingredients:

• 1 English breakfast tea bag
• 2 cups hot water
• 2 to 3 tablespoons cold milk
• 1 tablespoon honey or brown sugar
• 1/2 cup tapioca pearls

Procedure:

1.) Cook 1/2 cup tapioca pearls according to package directions.

2.) Steep tea bag in boiling hot water for 5 to 7 minutes; remove tea bag. Stir in cold milk and 1 tablespoon honey. Divided between two glasses.

3.) Put cooked tapioca pearls to each cup. Serve warm or cold with ice.

A perfect drink for summer season!
