You don’t have to dine out in a fancy restaurant just to experience a flavorsome and tender beef dish. You can easily make this Garlic Beef tips at your own home without any fuzz.

Ingredients

3 tablespoons olive oil
2 1/2 tablespoons chopped garlic
1/2 kilo beef tenderloin, cut into cubes
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
4 tablespoons lemon juice, adjust if needed
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 tablespoons butter

Procedure

* Marinate beef overnight with the soy sauce mixture: mix and blend soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, garlic powder, pepper, and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Place in a resealable container and place in the refrigerator.

* Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan. Place in garlic and cook until crispy and golden brown. Set aside garlic.

* On the same pan, place in the remaining olive oil and butter. Sear the marinated beef until brown. Don’t overcook the meat to retain its tenderness.

Transfer on a serving platter, sprinkle the toasted garlic and enjoy it with toasted baguette or steamed rice. Garnish with chopped parsley or spring onions, if desired.
