18 pieces fresh scallops, cleaned
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons butter, softened
1/4 cup chopped garlic
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 lemon (optional)
* Remove top shell of scallops. Set aside.
* In a hot pan, sauté garlic in olive oil and butter until golden brown. Add in Worcestershire sauce. Transfer in a bowl.
* Place an ample amount of garlic-butter mixture on each scallops. Cook in the griller or oven for 5 minutes.
Serve and drizzle with freshly squeeze lemon juice, if desired.
