Ingredients:
3 Square loaf white bread slices, cut in triangles
3 tbsps softened butter
1 tsp chopped flat-leaf parsley
pinch of salt ( or less, according to your taste)
Procedure:
*Combine butter, chopped parsley and a pinch of salt, mix well. Spread on both sides of cut bread slices.
*Heat up a small non-stick frying pan. Place bread slices on pan and cook until golden brown. Do the same on the other side.
Tip: Can also use other types of plain bread.
