Ingredients

1/2 cup chopped carrots
half of a red or green apple, peeled or with skin, chopped
1/4 cup chopped celery
1 tablespoon chopped ginger
raw honey (optional)
ice cubes

Procedure

* In a juicer place carrots, apple, celery and ginger. Transfer juice in a glass and add honey and ice cubes.

You can also use blender or food processor if juicer is not available. Blend until smooth.
