Grilled Corn with Tomato-basil Butter

This is a perfect snack for outdoor parties, picnics or outings. Staple kitchen ingredients that is easy to find. Sweet and succulent corn, spread with yummy tomato-basil butter.


4 to 6 ears corn on the cob, husk and silk removed
1 cup softened butter
1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes
2 tablespoons finely chopped basil
1 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
ground pepper to taste


* Clean and rinse corn, place into paper towel to drain excess water. Wrap corn ears with foil.

* In a small bowl, combine butter, cheddar cheese, sun dried tomatoes, basil, paprika, parmesan cheese, and season with ground pepper. Set aside.

* Grill corn for about 10 to 15 minutes or until corn is tender. Occasionally turning it.

* Remove the corn from the heat and spread with butter mixture. Serve and enjoy!
