Grilled Peppercorn Pork Chop

This dish would entice your taste and smell buds to come back for more. The aromatic smell of the peppercorn sauce rubbed in pork and cooked to tender perfection.


3 to 5 slices of pork chop
1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 1/2 teaspoons freshly ground black peppercorn
2 tablespoons banana ketchup
1 teaspoon lime juice
1 tablespoon brown sugar or honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce


* In a large bowl, combine vegetable oil, ground peppercorn, banana ketchup, lime juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, and worcestershire sauce. Mix and blend well.

* Put pork in the marinade mixture and coat it well. Cover with cling wrap. Chill and marinate for at least 1 hour.

* Preheat your griller and grill pork. While grilling, brush pork with the marinade sauce. Repeat until cooked.

* To serve place on a chopping board for presentation purposes. Add some greens for a healthy opt.
