Heat up those taste buds with this tasty and spiced spareribs. Give them an exciting burst of sweet and spicy flavors of honey mustard sauce.


3 pounds spareribs

Honey-Mustard sauce

1 1/2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons brown sugar
3-4 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon lime juice
1 tablespoon cooking oil
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
Pinch of dried rosemary
Pinch of hot pepper flakes
Pinch of ground black pepper


* In a bowl, mix all honey mustard sauce ingredients to a smooth consistency. Set aside.

* Carve ribs into individual servings. Place in a large bowl and pour in sauce mixture. Cover with foil or cling wrap. Marinate for 2 hours or more in the refrigerator.

* On medium-high, heat griddle or griller. Place ribs and cook for 10-15 minutes or until ribs turn golden brown and nicely glazed.

Serve and enjoy with coleslaw or vegetables salad.
