Try these summer lovin’ coffee drink. Not your usual way of preparing a latte. Ice cubed-coffee mocha with a dash of cinnamon taste. Just in time for a hot season.

Ingredients:

2 cups low fat milk
1 tablespoon classic coffee powder
1 1/2 tablespoons chocolate syrup or 2 teaspoons chocolate powder
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1 1/2 cups water
sugar, according to taste
2 tablespoons all-purpose cream, whipped

Procedure:

Scald the low fat milk in a pot. Set aside.

In a pitcher stir in coffee, chocolate syrup, cinnamon powder, sugar, and water. Blend well.

Pour coffee mixture into an ice tray and let it chill in the fridge for about 2 to 3 hours.

Fill a glass or cups with iced coffee cubes. Pour in milk and top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon powder if desired.

*You can also use recipe for hot drink. Instead of chilling it, heat mixture into a pot. Perfect for a rainy season.
