1 kilogram chicken drumsticks
1 liter milk
2 1/2 tablespoons chopped garlic
2 1/2 tablespoons chopped ginger
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/4 cup soy sauce
2-3 tablespoons raw honey
1 tablespoon chopped jalapeño peppers (additional for garnish)
Cooking oil for basting
* Make the marinade by combining all of the ingredients except chicken in a bowl and 3 tablespoons cooking oil. Mix well.
* Marinate and refrigerate chicken for about 20-30 minutes. Grill marinated chicken while basting with oil for at least 10 minutes on each side or until cooked thoroughly.
