1 cup kimchi, chopped
2 cups cooked rice
3 teaspoons sesame oil
1 teaspoon finely chopped green onions
1 tablespoon black sesame seeds
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
1 teaspoon salt
* In a pan, heat sesame oil and sauté kimchi for 1 minute. Add rice and salt. Stir with wooden spoon till evenly mixed. Cook for about 3 minutes. Remove from fire and transfer on a serving dish.
* Place poached egg on the side and sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions.
Serve hot and enjoy!
Kimchi rice is best served with beef brisket or fried pork on the side.
