This is a good combination of super-fruits smoothie that can help you to be healthy and fit. Wonderful benefits of mixed fruits like lychees and kiwi with lemon zest and juice. This smoothie has many health benefits. It improves your digestion, high in vitamin C than can strengthen your immune system, regulates blood flow, supports the health of your heart, and rich in calcium for you to have strong bones.

Ingredients

1 cup fresh or canned lychees, you can also use the syrup
1 cup fresh kiwi
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon lemon zest
honey, (optional)
1/4 cup water
1 1/2 cups ice cubes

Procedure

* In a blender, Place all ingredients. Process until smooth. Transfer in a pitcher and serve with individual glasses.

* Add more ice on top before serving. You can also add some mint leaves, if desired.

For a creamy taste you can also use 1/2 cup of plain yogurt.
