Ingredients

2 cups diced cantaloupe/melon
1 1/2 cups soy milk
1 tablespoon raw honey (optional)
1 cup ice cubes

Procedure

* Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Adjust soy milk if necessary.

Pour and serve in a glass! You can also add some bananas, cucumber, or other fruits, if desired.
