Minute Pepper Steak with Creamy Herbed Sauce

One of the Sunday’s best served dish is steaks together with your favorite salad. Try this steak recipe that you can cook in a jiffy. Topped with delightful creamy herbed chives and horseradish sauce and your family day is complete.


4 boneless steak strips (1- 1 1/2 inch thick)
1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
3 tablespoons butter

Creamy herbed sauce

1/2 cup Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon chopped onion chives
1/2-1 teaspoon grated horseradish
Pinch of black pepper
Pinch of salt


* Prepare sauce 30 minutes before cooking your steak. Whisk all ingredients in a bowl. Cover with cling wrap and refrigerate.

* Rub steaks with generous amounts of pepper and celery salt. Set aside.

* In a large skillet, melt butter. Brown steaks on both sides for 5 minutes for medium rare. Cook longer or lesser time depending on your preferred doneness.

* Transfer steaks to individual plates or sizzling plates. Top it with prepared creamy herbed sauce.

Serve and enjoy with salads or mashed potatoes!
