2 tablespoons cereal flakes or oats
5 oz soy milk, plain or chocolate flavor
1 tablespoon toasted almonds, crushed
18 oz ice tubes or cubes
½ tablespoon raisins
¼ cup prunes, seeded and grated
1 teaspoon honey
cinnamon powder to taste
slivered almonds, for topping

Preparation

* In a blender, add in the cereals, soy milk, almonds, half of the ice, raisins, prunes, honey, then blend until ice is smooth.

* Add in the rest of the ice then blend until ice is chunky.

* Transfer to a glass, add a dash of cinnamon and sprinkle with slivered almonds.

Perfect healthy breakfast refreshment for a very hot or humid morning.
