This is simple and classy way of preparing your fresh seafoods. Mussels are fast and easy to cook when it is fresh. Cook it with wine, olive oil, butter, and garlic and your dish is complete.

Ingredients

400 grams fresh mussels, cleaned
1 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
2 tablespoons chopped onions
1 tablespoon butter
3 tablespoons white wine
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt and pepper, to taste

Procedure

* In a hot pan, add olive oil, sauté garlic and onion until translucent. Add in butter and mussels.

* Pour in white wine and lemon juice. Cook for about 2-3 minutes over medium low heat. Season with salt and pepper.

* Transfer on a serving plate. Garnish with chopped parsley.

Serve and enjoy with French baguette, if desired. You can also use clams with this recipe.
