This Overloaded Breakfast meal is something that you’ll crave every time you wake up in the morning! Toasted bread with sliced bananas, peanut butter, chocolate, and walnuts. Drizzled with maple syrup. Heavenly goodness in every single bite. Good for sharing.
2 bread slices, cut in half triangle shape
2 bananas, thinly sliced
3 tablespoons peanut butter
3 tablespoons melted chocolate or chocolate spread
2 tablespoons chopped walnuts or granola cereal
Icing sugar (optional)
* In a serving plate, layer toasted bread, peanut butter, sliced bananas, melted chocolate and walnuts. Drizzle with maple syrup, desired amount. And sprinkle some icing sugar on top.
Enjoy with a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice, tea or coffee to balance out the sweetness. You can also use honey instead of maple syrup.
