This is one of the healthiest drink to serve under the sun! 2 in 1 thirst quencher that would give healthy benefits to your body. Papaya contains vitamins A, C, and k that acts as a modifier if bone matrix protein and improves calcium absorption. While avocado contains lutein for eye health, a cancer fighter, improves digestion and a good source of potassium and magnesium.

Ingredients

1 cup diced papaya
1 cup diced avocado
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 cup ice cubes
1/2 cup cold water

Procedure

There are two ways to serve this smoothie:

1. Combine all ingredients and purée in a blender until smooth.

2. In a blender, place avocado, 1 tablespoon honey, lemon juice, 1/2 cup ice cubes, and 1/4 cup water. Purée until smooth. Set aside. Wash the blender and place the remaining ingredients. Purée until smooth. In a glass, pour the half of the avocado smoothie followed by the papaya smoothie.

Serve and drink as a breakfast smoothie!
