Pineapple and yogurt! How awesome this smoothie can get!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup of vanilla frozen yogurt
- 3/4 cup of almond milk
- 1 pineapple, skin & core removed, chopped into large pieces
- 1 tablespoon flax seed meal
- 6 ice cubes
Instructions
- Blend all the ingredients.
- Serve!
