This is a healthy juice drink that is refreshingly good for everyone. Rich in vitamin C and high in antioxidants. Pomegranate juice has many benefits for your body. It boosts your immunity against illness, fights arthritis, lowers bad cholesterol, and reduces the risk of having heart diseases.


1 cup pomegranate juice
1/2 cup grapefruit juice
1/2 cup fresh orange juice with pulp
1 cup sparkling water
1 teaspoon mint leaves
crushed ice


* In a pitcher, combine all ingredients. Mix and blend well. Serve in a glass and garnish with mint and sliced grapefruit, if desired.

Fresh fruits are preferred with this recipe to attain the nutrients and vitamins that body needs.
