As popular as Harry Potter, this pumpkin juice is a sure blockbuster. Surely you and your kids would enjoy drinking this healthy juice. It is rich in wonderful nutrients such as beta-carotene, B-complex, and Vitamin A. Good source of potassium, calcium and phosphorus.

Ingredients

2 cups chopped pumpkins
4 cups water
2 teaspoons instant tea powder
2 cups apple juice
maple syrup (optional)
ice cubes or crushed ice

Procedure

* In a saucepan, place chopped pumpkins and add the water. Bring to a boil. Let the water boil until it gets the orange color, about 5 minutes. Let it cool and strain enough water to get 2 cups.

* In a small mixing bowl or pitcher, mix the pumpkin juice with the instant tea powder and apple juice. Stir well. Add maple syrup for additional sweetness if desired. Put in ice cubes.

Serve with your favorite snack.
