Ingredients

2 cups cooked rigatoni pasta
2 cups blanched broccoli florets
2 medium-sized tomatoes, sliced thinly
1/2 cup cooked shrimps

Honey-mustard Vinaigrette:

3 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons raw honey
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 tablespoon mustard
1 tablespoon crushed garlic
salt and pepper, to season

Procedure

* To make the honey-mustard vinaigrette: mix all ingredients in a bowl. Whisk and blend well. Season with salt and pepper.

* To prepare salad: Toss all ingredients in a serving bowl and drizzle with prepared dressing.
