This is an aromatic and amazing oil condiment for your pizza, pasta, baguette and other favorite dish. Homemade Rosemary and garlic infused oil that goes well with your dishes.


1 cup olive oil
1/2 cup garlic cloves
1-2 pieces dried bay leaf (optional)
2-3 sprigs dried or fresh rosemary leaves


* In a sterilized medium jar. Place and arrange garlic, bay leaf and rosemary. Add in olive oil. Cover and store in a room temperature for 1 day or until ready to use.

Use as a starter to your main course. Place a spoonful of Rosemary garlic oil in a saucer and serve with sliced baguette.
