This hearty recipe is enough to satisfy everyone’s hunger. Buttery goodness that has a vigorous flavors that burst out in every single bite.

Ingredients

1 chicken breast fillet, cut into cubes
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 medium green bell pepper, diced
1 sweet red bell pepper, diced
2 tablespoons butter
1 garlic clove, chopped
1 small onion, sliced
Salt and pepper
cayenne pepper (optional)

Procedure

* In a saucepan filled with lightly salted boiling water, blanch bell peppers for about 1 minute. Drain and set aside.

* Heat olive oil in a pan. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Sauté chicken until cooked. Remove from heat and set aside.

* In the same pan with remaining oil, melt butter. Sauté onion and garlic for 1 minute. Add in chicken and bell peppers. Season with cayenne, salt and pepper. Mixing well. Continue cooking for 2 minutes.

Serve and enjoy with pita bread or steamed rice.
