2 lamb forequarter chops
1 teaspoon freshly cracked pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons dried rosemary
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons olive oil


* Rub lamb with salt, pepper, rosemary and garlic powder. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least half an hour.

* Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan or skillet over medium high heat. Sear each lamb for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Do this in batches. Transfer to a serving plate and serve with your favorite salad.
