Shrimp Fried Rice

Experience the taste of oriental rice at your own home. This shrimp fried rice is fast to make. Pair it with your favorite main course and you’ll have a superb set of menu.


3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 medium size onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, chopped
2 cups small size shrimps, cleaned and peeled
1/2 cup green peas
1/2 cup chopped carrots
5-6 cups cooked rice
2 tablespoons sesame oil
3 eggs, scrambled, cooked and cut into small strips
Salt and pepper, to taste
Liquid seasoning


* In a wok, heat oil and sauté onion, garlic and shrimp. Add peas and carrots. Cook over medium high heat for 2-3 minutes. Put in cooked rice and scrambled egg. Mix well. Season with salt, pepper, and liquid seasoning. Add sesame oil. Cook for another minute and remove from fire. Transfer on a serving plate and enjoy!

Serve immediately while hot!
