These shrimp recipe is rich in flavor yet easy to prepare. The orange juice imparts a sweet flavor to the shrimp.
• 1/2 kilo medium prawns
• salt and pepper to taste
• 1/2 cup orange juice
• 1 tablespoon cooking oil
• 1 tablespoon toasted garlic
1. Wash and clean shrimp. Put in a wok over medium heat, pour orange juice and season with salt and pepper. Let it simmer, cook until liquid from the shrimp evaporates.
2. When it dries up, add oil and stir-fry prawns until cooked. Transfer prawns in serving platter.
Serve with toasted garlic on top and steamed rice. Enjoy eating!
