3 lbs large shrimps, peeled and deveined
3 tablespoons minced garlic
3 tablespoons lemon juice
3 teaspoons dried chopped basil leaves
3 tablespoons brown sugar
3 teaspoons Italian seasoning
3 teaspoons ground paprika
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
¼ cup olive oil


* In a bowl, mix the lemon juice, olive oil, basil, pepper, Italian seasoning, brown sugar,garlic and paprika. Add the shrimps on the mixture and toss until evenly coated. Marinate in the refrigerator for about 3 hrs.

* Drain shrimps from marinade and thread on skewers

* Prepare the grill and set to a medium heat then oil the grate. Grill shrimps for about 5 minutes, turning once. Enjoy.
