Smoked Salmon Carpaccio

400 grams smoked salmon, sliced thinly
4 tablespooons olive oil
50 ml lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon whole capers
lemon slices
few green olives
fresh dill


* In a bowl, combine lemon juice and olive oil. Whisk to combine well and set aside.

* Arrange smoked salmon slices on serving dishes. Drizzle dressing over the
salmon.Top with capers, lemon slices, olives and fresh dill.
