1 lb chicken thighs
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp lime juice
cooking oil for deep frying
* Mix chicken, soy sauce and lime juice in a bowl. Marinate for at least an hour in the refrigerator.
* Heat oil in a saucepan on medium high. Deep fry chicken until dark golden brown. Do this in batches. Drain on paper towel.
* Transfer onto a serving plate. Serve with your favorite side dish. Enjoy!
