Spanish Chocolate drink is a combination of milk, chocolate, cinnamon and egg.
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 cups milk
- 2 beaten egg yolks
- 2 oz sweet chocolate
- In a medium saucepan over a low heat, stir together the chocolate and the cinnamon.
- Add the eggs and beat the mixture until it becomes thick, taking care not to boil.
- Serve in coffee mug.
