Ingredients

Salad

3-4 cups spinach leaves
1 cup sliced strawberries
1/4 cup toasted sliced almonds

Honey-garlic balsamic dressing 

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon minced garlic
Salt and pepper, to taste

Procedure

* In a large salad bowl, arrange spinach and strawberries. Set aside

* In a separate bowl, whisk all dressing ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle on top of the salad and sprinkle sliced almonds.

Serve salad with grilled chicken or fish, if desired.
