10 jalapeno peppers (medium sized)
10 bacon strips
6 oz cream cheese, softened
* Slice the jalapenos in half lengthwise. With the seeds removed, fill with cream cheese and sprinkle the top with Cajun seasoning.
* Cut the bacon strips in half and use 1 slice to wrap each cream cheese-filled jalapeno and secure with a toothpick.
* Broil on a low temperature for slow cooking and wait until bacon is crisp.
