This homemade dressing is irresistibly good to pour over your mixed vegetables salad. Sweet, tangy, and rich creamy with a hint of spice, would be a way for a luscious salad.
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1 tablespoon pickle relish
1 tablespoon finely chopped celery
1 tablespoon finely chopped pimiento
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
3 tablespoons tomato or banana catsup
Freshly ground pepper or few drops of hot sauce
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
* In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix thoroughly until blended.
* Serve with your choice of mixed vegetables. You can also combine your vegetables with assorted fruits.
