- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp powdered ginger
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 banana (frozen)
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1 chai tea bag
- Brew your milk with a chai tea bag. Then chill before blending.
2. Once the milk is cold enough, combine all the remaining ingredients in a blender. Belnd it for 10-20 seconds until the mixture is smooth.
Option: Top the prepared smoothie with coconut milk ice cream!
