Vanilla Chai Smoothie

A thick, creamy smoothie with sweet chai spices. Perfect for a post-workout drink or a late-night snack!


  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp powdered ginger
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 banana (frozen)
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1 chai tea bag
  • nutmeg


  1. Brew your milk with a chai tea bag. Then chill before blending.
    2. Once the milk is cold enough, combine all the remaining ingredients in a blender. Belnd it for 10-20 seconds until the mixture is smooth.

Option: Top the prepared smoothie with coconut milk ice cream!
